Trend Micro:

We have analyzed the file Crystal Security.exe (606,720 bytes) and verified it to be non-malicious. It does not contain any harmful code.

The file is currently falsely detected as TROJ_SPNR.06IH12. The pattern to undetect the file is still under QA processing. We will update you as soon the official pattern is released.

Some information about coming version:

I will plan to add following features:

* Password protected settings
* Engine-side (internal) whitelist

# At the moment program detection is based on cloud database, user-side
whitelist/blacklist, age based heuristic.

Newer version detection and scanning speed will be faster thanks to new internal whitelist and Settings password help to prevent unauthorized settings changing.
User can enable/disable internal database anytime and internal database even if enabled, will not affect program performance.

* Internal whitelist

Can you tell please what version of Crystal Security you are using?

P.S. In latest version i released recently is Notification area updated visually and
combobox choices replaced with radiobuttons.

Latest version notification area should look like:

Hello,

I just analyzed latest version 2.5.6.32 Beta via VirusTotal and one scanner detect it as malicious.

Detection is by Kaspersky - Here is VirusTotal report:

I Hope that Kaspersky detection will not cause detection increase.

Can someone help me with this issue and send false positive report to Kaspersky.

Detected file is newest (recently released: 2.5.6.32 Beta).

But Kingsoft and Trend Micro added detection. If someone have some time, please help to report

dlatego twierdze zawsze ze to malware i nie wysyłam fp do Microsoftu albo AVG którego teraz używam..
